OAAPN is proud to partner with Pam Maxson, Phd, ACC, of Periscope Coaching, to deliver a variety of four week LEAP leadership workshops aimed at providing Ohio APRNs with the tools they need in their journey towards personal and professional growth and development.
This opportunity is perfect for any APRN who wants to:
- Become the leader they are meant to be both personally and professionally
- Take identity-driven, rather than emotion-driven action
- Build a network of peers to support their growth
- Stop reacting and start being intentional at work and in life
- Eliminate self-sabotaging behaviors
Offered at OAAPN member and non-member pricing, each series will consist of four, 90 minute weekly sessions. Participants can purchase each series individually or as part of a four or five series bundle.

If you have already had leadership training feel free to pick and choose sessions of interest in any order that works for you. For those just getting started with leadership training we recommend beginning with Leadership 101 followed by Leadership Out of the Box.

Cancellation Policy
The workshop fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, is refundable any time thirty-one days before the start of the session you originally applied to attend. After that time, there are no refunds. If you need to change dates, please contact Pam at pamelamaxson@gmail.com.
