Friday Breakfast Symposium 

(limit one) The Product Symposium breakfast is an exclusive opportunity to host a speaker and topic of your choice at the OAAPN Statewide Conference. This one-hour breakfast held at the Hyatt Regency on Friday, October 24, typically attracts 300+ APRNs from around the state. Conference Bags – $3,000 (no longer available)

(limit one) This popular and reusable tote is given to each conference attendee as a complimentary item for carrying around all of their on-the-go essentials! Your logo will be prominently displayed and will be a frequently used item even after attendees return home.

Name Badge Holders – $2,500

(limit one) Your logo will appear on the badge lanyard worn by everyone attending the conference. All conference attendees are issued a badge to wear during the three days of the conference.

Conference Attendee App – $2,000

(limit one) Reach our attendees directly on their phones! Your company will have three scheduled posts on the app feed that will be “pinned” to the top, each for an hour, and a custom page leading to an external URL or company listing within the event app.

Attendee Giveaway – $1,000

Your company will provide a branded giveaway that each registrant will receive in their conference bag (need up to 600; item and size must be approved by OAAPN conference committee and rec’d in OAAPN office by October 10). Limited to (1) one style of item/sample.

Wi-Fi Hotspot – $1,000

(limit one) Keep our attendees connected by sponsoring our Wi-Fi hotspot. The hotspot is located at “OAAPN Central” in the Regency Foyer of the Hyatt. This network is password protected and attendees will need to type in your company name to access it!

Pre-Conference Meeting Break – $300

(limit two) Coffee is a ‘hot’ item at the Statewide Conference so don’t miss this opportunity to be recognized with signage at the coffee and snack station during our pre-conference workshops (300+ attendees.) Sponsors will also be recognized in onsite materials as the main provider for this ‘fuel’ to our attendees.

(limit four) Coffee is a ‘hot’ item at the Statewide Conference so don’t miss this opportunity to be recognized with signage at the coffee & snack station during our conference sessions (500+ attendees.) Sponsors will also be recognized in onsite materials as the main provider for this ‘fuel’ to our attendees.

Agreement

• All exhibit space & sponsorship opportunities will be awarded on a first- come, first-serve basis.
• Exhibitors/Sponsors MUST register online.
• The display area for exhibitors/sponsors will be separate from the education area.
• Exhibitors/Sponsors will make their own arrangements for delivery and receipt of any shipments and/or giveaways related to their exhibit.
• Exhibitors must coordinate and pay for electricity, wifi, etc. through the decorator service
• No private functions which conflict with OAAPN scheduled events will be allowed.
• Exhibitors must confine all activities to their contracted booth space. OAAPN, the Hyatt Regency, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center do not assume responsibility of damage or loss of any kind.
• OAAPN reserves the right to cancel and reassign any booth registrations for which payment has not been received by September 30, 2025

Cancellations

• Cancellations for exhibit booths must be received in writing by OAAPN at info@oaapn.org by September 30, 2025, to receive a refund. A $25 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations. No shows who do not notify OAAPN of their cancellation by September 30, 2025 are required to provide full payment per their registration.  Annual Partners are not eligible for a refund after benefits have been applied.
