How Does a Bill Become Law?
As the new legislative session begins in the Ohio General Assembly, OAAPN is working to re-introduce a bill to expand access to vital health care services for Ohioans across the state by eliminating the requirement that APRNs sign a Standard Care Agreement with physicians in order to practice in Ohio.
