This week’s “Amazing APRN” is Jeff Molter

OAAPN member Jeff Molter is an APRN-CRNA who, along with his business partner, formed an anesthesia services company, Western Reserve Anesthesia Associates; and an education company, Western Reserve Anesthesia Education. Jeff teaches ultrasound guided peripheral blocks and other ultrasound guided techniques at multiple hospitals, state associations and graduate schools of nurse anesthesia, including workshops in Nebraska, Texas, Pennsylvania and Ohio. He developed the “Block Buddy” App (for both Apple and Google) which has been sold all over the world and currently passed the 11,000 downloads mark.

Jeff has also served on surgical mission trips to Haiti and as a board member and president of the Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists (OSANA). He’s been published in Outpatient Surgery Magazine and in the AANA Journal; and was also featured on the cover of the October 2012 AANA journal. Jeff is an Amazing APRN and we are elated to join forces with him, and OSANA, to forge the fight for ALL Ohio APRNs!

At OAAPN we want to exemplify a feeling of encouragement and support, because when we support each other as a profession we become unstoppable! As advanced practice registered nurses we need to build each other up and celebrate our accomplishments.
