I need pediatric hours so a pediatric office or a family practice that sees a lot of pediatric patients would be preferred. The dates are 5/7/19-6/29/19 and I will need 105 hours. I would be happy to provide my resume. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your consideration.

  • School/Program: Master of Science FNP Track
  • Start Date: January 1, 2020
  • Date Needed By: August 1, 2019
  • Details: To whom it may concern: I am writing to introduce myself and express my interest in applying for a preceptorship opportunity with an available Family Nurse Practitioner. My name is Beth Braddock and I am in the stages of completing precourse work for the Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner program at Chamberlain University. My coursework has been a great learning opportunity thus far and I am looking forward to getting out in the field with a Family Nurse Practitioner who is willing to instill their knowledge and experience into myself. I am flexible and can go fast paced or slow paced. This is a self-directed program for myself, so I get out what I put in. I’m eager to assist or learn any new skills and continue to advance in this process. My Primary Care & Differential Diagnosis clinical rotation will start in January 2020 with Sept 2019 being the deadline for this rotation. The process does take time on our end, so the sooner the response the better, hopefully mid-year of 2019. Rotation will last 8 weeks with a 16 hours/week requirement. Then the following 8 weeks session will begin on March 2020 with the same requirement. So, if I can secure at minimal 2 sessions, I will be one happy student! Chamberlain will offer a streamlined process for preceptors and provides you with all the details and support you need to complete the process. I would like to schedule a time to discuss this opportunity in greater detail and provide you with more information or answer any questions. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange a time. I can be reached at 740-804-2756 or my email is bethaj17@hotmail.com. I will accept texts or email. Thank you in advance for your consideration and I look forward to meeting with you soon! Warmest Regards, Beth Braddock

  • Details: Hello, My name is Deanna Thompson. I go by my middle name Tiffiene. I currently have my first practicum rotation secured with a Pediatric nurse Practitioner (PNP) at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Since I am currently employed at NCH as a Registered Nurse it is easy to find preceptorship in the pediatrics department. However, being from Columbus we are saturated with MD students and are having a difficult time securing sites. At your leisure we can set up a meet/greet either by phone or in person. If perhaps you feel it is a great fit I would be honored to be your student. The requirements are that I observe 125 practicum hours over a period of 8 weeks. (Approximately 18 hrs/week) With 50 hours by the 4th week and 125 by Wednesday week 8. If you can help with one or more of these dates It would be greatly appreciated. Potential dates 5/6/2019-6/29/2019 7/8/2019-8/31/2019 9/2/2019-10/26/2019 10/28/2019-12/21/2019 Thank you again! I am looking forward to meeting you, Deanna Tiffiene Thompson 614-314-8922
