Upon final adoption of the Ohio Board of Nursing’s new rules implementing House Bill 216, OAAPN will issue a revised Model SCA template which incorporates the rule changes. The current model SCA template incorporates the EXCLUSIONARY formulary that was approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing on May 17, 2017. You can purchase now and create your own SCA that will be valid until the new rules go into effect.
